This page exists so the link is not dead, and says plainly what it is. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and it is not the policy Rank Sniper will publish. What is written below about today is accurate; what is missing is the rest.

There is nothing to buy yet, so there is no contract yet. This page records that rather than inventing one.

What is true today

  • The free scan is offered as-is. It reads public endpoints and reports what it finds.
  • A score is a measurement against a published rubric, not a promise about revenue, ranking or traffic.
  • No subscription can currently be purchased, and no payment method is accepted anywhere on this site.
  • There is no money-back guarantee and no refund offer advertised. The commitment is transparency: every score is traceable to the rubric published in full at /rubric.

Founders Protocol signups

  • A Founders Protocol signup is a request to be considered. It is free, and it is non-binding for both parties.
  • No seat and no price is guaranteed until Rank Sniper confirms one with you in writing. Submitting the form guarantees nothing.
  • No payment is taken at signup. If a founding place is confirmed, payment happens at app launch through the launch payment process, never on this site.
  • The name, email, store address, catalogue size and role you submit are used to evaluate the request and to contact you about the programme. Nothing else.
  • You can ask us to delete a signup at any time by replying to the confirmation email.

What is outstanding

Real terms need the subscription model, the billing channel, and the cancellation and refund mechanics settled first. Those are open questions, and terms written ahead of them would describe a product that does not exist.
