Scale // Enterprise

Big catalogues.
Bigger blind spots.

For Shopify brands whose catalogue, store count or governance requirements run past the published tiers. What works today is labelled Available. Everything else carries its real state, including the controls a procurement team asks about first.

01 // Brief

Who this is for.
Straight answers.

Enterprise in five definitions, before any conversation starts.

What is Rank Sniper Enterprise?
A contact-only arrangement for Shopify brands the published tiers do not fit: very large catalogues, several Shopify stores, or requirements a self-serve plan cannot answer. No enterprise price is published, because none has been set.
Who is it for?
Shopify Plus merchants and multi-brand groups; brands running separate storefronts per market or region; teams where merchandising, SEO, content and an outside agency all touch the same catalogue.
What is available today?
The public free scan on any of your storefronts Available, and the scoring rubric it runs, published in full at /rubric so your team can check every number against its own.
How is it billed?
Shopify is the only billing authority for Shopify merchants. Rank Sniper subscriptions and add-ons will be billed through Shopify when the app is available; nothing is charged on ranksniperhq.com. Enterprise does not open a separate billing channel.
Is there SSO, an audit log or data residency?
Not yet. Single sign-on Planned, a customer-facing audit log Planned, data-residency options Planned and custom pillar weighting Planned. Each is listed below with its state, not promised on a sales call.
02 // The problem

At catalogue scale,
drift is the default.

Large Shopify catalogues rarely fail loudly. They fail in the long tail, where nobody looks product by product.

Ten thousand products means ten thousand chances for a missing product type, a templated description an answer engine cannot quote, a variant with no SKU, or a price rendered twice by two apps that each think they own the markup. Imports, supplier feeds and seasonal merchandising overwrite fields faster than any team can re-check them by hand.

Several Shopify stores multiply the problem. Storefronts split by region or brand drift apart: one publishes llms.txt, one blocks GPTBot, one ships a theme update that strips its structured data. Leadership sees revenue by store, but not whether AI systems can read, cite or act on each one.

Governance adds the last layer. The more people and partners who touch a catalogue, the more an organisation needs to know who can see what, who changed what, and how to put it back.

Every storefront

Run the free scan on each of your stores and compare composite and pillar scores side by side, today, without an install.

OBS-02Available

AI-crawler policy

Which AI crawlers each store’s robots.txt admits or blocks. Across several stores this is where inconsistencies show first.

Enterprise requirements.
Each one labelled.

The questions an enterprise buyer asks, answered with the state of each capability as it stands, not as a roadmap slide.

ENT-01In development

Organisational visibility

One view across several Shopify stores, with scores, catalogue size and last scan per store. It is the same portfolio capability the agency lane uses.

ENT-02Planned

Full-catalogue reads

Reading the whole catalogue through the Shopify Admin API instead of public pages, which is what scoring every product in a large catalogue requires.

ENT-03Planned

Scan volume and cadence

Recurring re-scans across a large catalogue, with drift detection and alerts. Today, scans run on demand.

ENT-04Planned

Reporting and export

Reports and exports per store, built from the same scores your team sees.

ENT-05Planned

White-label reports

Reports under your own mark, for groups that report to brands, franchisees or regional teams.

ENT-06Planned

Permissions

Organisation members with per-store permissions, so a regional team or an outside agency sees only its own stores.

ENT-07Planned

Single sign-on

Sign-in through your identity provider.

ENT-08Planned

Customer audit log

A record of who did what, visible to you. Rank Sniper keeps an internal operator audit trail today, but it is not exposed to customers.

ENT-09Planned

Data residency

A choice of where your data is stored.

ENT-10Planned

Custom pillar weighting

Weighting the four pillars to your priorities. One canonical scoring contract comes first, so every custom weighting is measured against the same base.

ENT-11In development

Live store intelligence

Scores and history on your live store data from the Shopify app. This depends on the app-to-Command Center path, which is in development.

ENT-12Available

Support

Support tickets between your team and Rank Sniper staff, handled through the Command Center.

05 // Observability

Every change,
traceable and reversible.

Operational observability is a loop, not a dashboard. This is the loop the Shopify app is being built around, and the state of each stage today.
